How do you handle incorrect items?
In case of an inaccurate delivery, delivery of the wrong item, wrong size or wrong quantity, flambird corrects the delivery without any costs.
What do I do if my product is faulty?
If you received a faulty product, please send an image through email stating your order number and we will be happy to help you replace the product.
How many days do I have to apply for a replacement of an item?
We will accept your request within 7 (seven) days of the product’s reception date.
Can I exchange something for a different product?
Most of our products are "made to order" so it is not possible for us to accept exchange requests.
