Replacement Policy

Most of our products are "made to order" so it is not possible for us to accept returns, instead we have a replacement policy as mentioned below:

Flambird’s replacement policy gives you an option to replace items purchased on Flambird within 7 (seven) days after delivery at no additional cost.

We accept replacement request for delivered products having quality issues, physical damage, defective, wrong or missing item.

You will be eligible to get a replacement if:

  • Our examination of the product shows a defect that qualifies the product for replacement
  • A replacement request is made within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the delivery of the order
  • The product has been received in its unused, original condition; and
  • The product has been received in the original product packaging along with supporting documentation such as receipt or proof of purchase, price tags, labels, any freebies and accessories obtained along with the original product.
How to return

To return a product for replacement, please follow these steps:

  • Send us an email at support@flambird.com
    with product images, also mention "reason to apply for replacement"
  • On basis of reason of return we have complete authority to accept or decline the return request.
  • You will receive an email from us about replacement confirmation.
  • Keep the item ready for pick up or ship it to us basis on the return mode if return request is accepted.
  • We offer pick-up facility in selected locations basis our courier serviceability.
  • If reverse pick-up option is not available at your location you can self-ship the product to us at:
