Flambird’s return policy gives you an option to return items purchased on Flambird within 10 days after delivery.
We accept return request for:
- All products which has quality issues, but subject to verification.
- Wrong products delivered or damaged in transit.
The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:
- Home signs cannot be returned because these signs are made to order with specific content and artwork.
- All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
To return a product to Flambird, please follow these steps:
- Create a ‘Return Request’ under “Orders” section of Website/M-site. Follow the screens that come up after tapping on the ‘Return’ button.
- On basis of reason of return we have complete authority to accept or decline the return request.
- Keep the item ready for pick up or ship it to us basis on the return mode if return request is accepted.
- We offer pick-up facility in selected locations basis our courier serviceability.
