Cancellations and Modifications

You can cancel your order under “Orders” section of Website/M-site. Follow the screens that come up after tapping on the “Cancel” button. Flambird’s cancellation policy gives you an option to cancel an order made on Flambird within 1 days after order. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.

I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?
For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
No, you cannot modify the shipping address of your order after it has been placed.

Can I modify the items in my order after it has been placed?
No, you cannot modify the items in your order after it has been placed.

Orders & Payments

How can I pay for my order?
We support the following payment options:
Credit and Debit Cards, Net banking, Wallets, UPI

Can I make payment using COD?
No, currently we do not accept COD payment method

Do you store my credit card details on your website?
No, we do not store any credit card details on our site. We use “Razorpay” third party payment gateway for payments.

What does the order status "Processing" mean?
Once an order has been placed and the payment has been collected and verified, our fulfillment center will accept and begin processing the order almost immediately. If your order status shows as "Processing" this means that your order is being processed and will be shipped as soon as possible.

What does the order status "Completed" mean?
Once your order has been processed and shipped by us, a shipment notification email will be sent to the email address indicated in the order. The status of the order will update to "Completed" meaning that the order has been shipped.

Shipping, Order Tracking & Delivery

What is Flambird's Shipping Policy?
We strive to deliver products purchased from Flambird in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Shipping will be completely FREE for all the subsequent purchases of ₹1000 or more, we will deliver the order to your doorstep free of cost. A standard shipping charge of ₹60 will be applicable to all orders under ₹1000. We also have express shipping option which is chargable ₹150 for every shipment (if selected)
Notes:

  1. If the order is cancelled, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.
  2. If you return an order delivered to you, order shipping charges (if any) will not be refunded.

How do I check the status of my order?
Please select on “Orders” section under main menu of Website/M-site to check your order status.

How do I track my order?
Please select on “Orders” button on your account page. Then click on “View Order” button of the order which you want to track. Then select “Track order” button to check your tracking details.

How are orders placed on Flambird delivered to me?
For all orders placed on Flambird we dispatch shipments through reliable courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, FedEX Etc.

How can I get my order delivered faster?
We offer express shipping option which is chargable ₹150 while checkout. We select fastest and reliable courier service available (land or air) to your Pincode and ship your product.

Does Flambird deliver products outside India?
Not at this point. Flambird.com store is for india only, so we deliver products only within India.
But we are setting up different stores in future for different countries and every store of specific country will deliver products in that country only.

How much time do you take to dispatch an order?
Dispatch time is variable on most products. You can check dispatch time on product detail page. Products with “in stock” availability will be dispatched on same day or next day, and products with “made to order” availability will be dispatched within 2-3 working days. Dispatch time will also be affected with other items in your cart. For large orders dispatch time will increase.

Why “made to order” products dispatch time is longer than “in stock” products?
“Made to order” products are manufactured after order confimation. It takes 1-2 days to manufacture a sign due to paint and resin dry time. We can dispatch product after that. And “in stock” products are always ready and can be dispatched same day or next day.

How do I create a Return Request?
You can create a Return in three simple steps

  1. Select on Orders in account page
  2. Choose the item to be Returned
  3. Enter details requested and create a return request

I have created a Return request. When will the product be picked up?
Number of days to pickup a product may vary as per the Logistics team that will be assigned to pickup your product. The product will be picked anywhere between 4 – 7 days.

I have created a Return request. When will I get the refund?
Refund will be initiated upon successful pickup as per the Return Policy. The refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer account within 7 to 10 days post refund initiation, depending on your bank partner.

Products & Stock

What does Availabilty "in stock" and "made to order" mean?
Availability “in stock” means product is in stock and can be shipped frequently. And availability “made to order” means we didn’t have product in stock but we will made it after you confirm the order.

Why lot of products are “made to order”?
We are direct manufacturers and we have very large catalog of products in signage. It will be very difficult for us to keep ready stock for such a large number of products. So what we do is we marked availability to “made to order”, when customer confirms order we instantly make it. Our manufacturing team is always ready for new orders.

Does your products have any warranty?
Yes our products are covered under warranty. For details please check our warranty policy

Aluminium Signs

What material specifications and coatings do you use for aluminium signs?
We use 2mm thick 6000 series Aluminium base formed sheet with Zinc Tetroxy Chromate coating at base, above we use automative paints with LG or Avery Dennison or 3M signage films with exterior recommendation after that we do matt polyurethane clear paint coat on top for durability of decals and base coat.

How do I install the sign?
We give two installation options for each sign

  1. Double sided bonding tape
  2. Screws

Every sign we deliver comes with an installation manual.

How much time does its coatings last?
We use industry standard coatings for our products that can lasts more than 10 years under normal conditions.

Does “screwed” variants comes with hardware?
Yes, signs with screwed holes comes with hardware.

Which installation type is recommended on which surface?
Screwed variant is recommended on: Paint, wood, brick wall, exteriors, MS surfaces.
Double sided bonding tape variant is recommended on: Glass, laminates, PVC, all smooth surfaces, finished smooth paint surfaces

Does aluminium signs gets corrode and oxidation over time?
No, we use Zinc Tetroxy Chromate coating at base to protect it from corrosion and oxidation. That also helps us in better surface for paint layer above.

Can I relocate signs installed using double sided bonding tape?
Do not re-use the tape to re-attach the sign when using double sided bonding tape. In case of relocating signs with double sided bonding tape, please use new adhesive tape.

Solid Surface Signs

What material specifications and fillers do you use for solid surface signs?
We use 6mm thick soild surface sheet, then we CNC engrave the artwork 2mm deep and fill it with colored resins. After that we sand the surface for smooth finish.

How do I install the sign?
Solid surface signs can be installed using double sided bonding tape only. Every sign we deliver comes with an installation manual.

How much is the life of solid surface signs?
Solid surface signs are made using very high quality materials and best modern techniques, its engraved artwork with inlay resins filled increases it life and it can lasts more than 15 years under normal conditions.. There are very slim chances of problem in these signs.

Why not these signs comes with “screwed” variant?
Due to its thickness, size and design proportions, we didn’t make these signs in “screwed” variant.

Which installation type is recommended on which surface?
Double sided bonding tape variant is recommended on: Glass, laminates, PVC, all smooth surfaces, finished smooth paint surfaces

Does solid surface signs gets corrode and oxidation over time?
No, solid surface is an acrylic based material it does not get corrosion or oxidation.

Can I relocate signs installed using double sided bonding tape?
Do not re-use the tape to re-attach the sign when using double sided bonding tape. In case of relocating signs with double sided bonding tape, please use new adhesive tape.
