Return Policy

Flambird’s return policy gives you an option to return items purchased on Flambird within 10 days after delivery.

We accept return request for:

  1. All products which has quality issues, but subject to verification.
  2. Wrong products delivered or damaged in transit.

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:

  1. Home signs like Pebble Sign and Thomas Sign cannot be returned because these signs are made to order with specific content and artwork.
  2. All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

To return a product to Flambird, please follow these steps:

  1. Create a 'Return Request' under “Orders” section of Website/M-site. Follow the screens that come up after tapping on the 'Return’ button.
  2. On basis of reason of return we have complete authority to accept or decline the return request.
  3. Keep the item ready for pick up or ship it to us basis on the return mode if return request is accepted.
  4. We offer pick-up facility in selected locations basis our courier serviceability.
  5. If reverse pick-up option is not available at your location you can self-ship the product to us at:
