Yes, we do. All orders of ₹1000 and above enjoy free delivery, while a nominal delivery charge of ₹60 is applied on orders below ₹1000.

We generally dispatch order in 2-3 working days. Most of our items are "made to order" which can make the lead times a bit longer. Dispatch time will also be affected with other items in your cart. For large orders dispatch time will increase.

After we ship your order, you will receive an email with tracking details. Alternatively you can login in your account and go to order details to see the tracking details.

No, you cannot cancel your order once its been placed.

No, you cannot modify the items in your order once you place.

All orders are shipped from our manufacturing unit in Ludhiana, Punjab.

No, we only process orders from Monday to Saturday. Also we don't process orders on government holidays.

We partner with Blue Dart, FedEx, Delhivery, Trackon, Ekart, Xpress Bees, Gati & Ecom Express for deliveries in India.

Depending on your location, it usually takes 3-10 days for an order to leave our manufacturing unit and arrive to your address, depending on the chosen delivery method. You can track down your order with the tracking code provided by e-mail. 

For your protection, our payment processor uses various fraud prevention protocols and industry standard verification systems to reduce fraud and you authorise it to verify and authenticate your payment information.

Currently we ship in India only. We are aiming to expand to more countries in future.
